aaron & Rachel hines
lead Pastor
Aaron & Rachel Hines are a part of the leldership team at Church Triumphant. Aaron serves as the lead pastor & head elder. Rachel oversees our 1st Impressions ministry. Additionally they also lead in our small groups community as group leaders. They both enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning (or two). They love being parents & recently the chance to experience grandparenthood! In their downtime you’ll find Rachel curled up with a book (probably something by Jennie Allen or Lisa Tuerkurst) & Aaron engaged in some kind of science-fiction book (Ted Dekker), movie or TV series (Star Wars or Star Trek) . Their hope & joy is to see strangers become guests, guests become friends & friends become family! They hope you’ll find yourself in that progression with us! and I are so grateful to be leading such an awesome group of people. I have served in several capacities here at CT over the past 22 years. At present, I have the privilege of serving as Lead Pastor. I can't believe I've been doing this for 10 years. Our heart is to see people take the Word that is taught to them, apply it to their lives & find their lives transformed. In turn, they can then help others grow in their faith. Lives changed by the truth of the Gospel is what it's all about!

Hi! We are Steve & Angie Gilliland. We have been married for almost 29 years! We have a heart for community, marriage ministry, discipleship, and just loving people! We've been through difficult times and have seen the faithfulness of God. We are 2 broken people that see how much we need Jesus! Some days we are just a hot mess and He still loves us! He's seen us at our worst, yet He loves us the most! We know how important community is! Our people have loved us, prayed for us, pushed us to keep going, to be accountable, & to keep chasing Jesus!

I have lived in Chillicothe since 1974. I have been in many leadership roles and I look to our Lord to lead me in more ways to serve and minster to others. I am excited to see what unfolds in God's plan for our church family! We need to praise God, seek God, worship God, trust God and thank God in every moment of our lives.

Greg & Crystal Phillips
Elder & Discipleship Pastors
We are Greg and Crystal Phillips, Discipleship Pastors at Church T. We came to Church Triumphant 9 years ago as an exhausted and burnt-out couple. From the minute we walked in the doors, we were loved for who we were. We were allowed to rest yet pushed to be even more for the Kingdom of God. We love the people that we do life with here at Church T. As Pastor Aaron frequently says, “Circles are better than rows.” We have found that to be true!
We have two children: Noah 14, and Bella 12. In our spare time we enjoy traveling to the beach, or just about anywhere for an adventure. Greg also teaches Spanish at Chillicothe High School and Crystal is an Intervention Specialist at Chillicothe Primary.

The LORD planted my family and me in Chillicothe 22 years ago and I have not looked back. This small town of ours is special to me and more importantly, the people in it. I believe I am here for such a time as this and I am blessed that the Most High has led me to the CT community to serve alongside, for His Kingdom and for His glory!
